Holiday Gift Guide: Stockings
Opening stockings on Christmas morning is a fond memory for me. I loved waking up to what was once just a decoration but overnight became a glorious present pouch jam-packed with so many tiny surprises all individually wrapped from “Santa.” Oh, the joys of being young! Stockings are still fun but so often I focus on getting presents for people that I forget all about stocking stuffers! If you’re anything like me and need a few ideas check out my guide below for some excellent products to fill those socks to the brim! Under $15 1 – Travel Utensil Set […]
Holiday Gift Guide: 4 Kiddos
I’ve got another gift guide round-up for your holiday shopping needs! This one is all for the kids in your life. Most of these items are thoughtfully crafted, fun, educational and many are even eco-friendly. I feel like there’s a time and a place for the obnoxious plastic toys (which I prefer to get second-hand anyway), but I’d really rather purchase toys that ignite more imagination and whose quality outlasts the length of play. These should all do just that and more! 1 – Animals Book by Ingela P. ArrheniusMy sister bought this for my little gal and it’s amazing. […]

Second Trimester Essentials
If you missed my “First Trimester” post then I should clear this up right off the bat: I’m NOT pregnant, I’m just nostalgically taking a look back through the trimesters of my recent pregnancy to share my favorite things that got me through. For me, the second trimester was really when I started to accept that my pregnancy was going to be successful. Now, don’t get me wrong, I was still worried up until girl was earthside, but I felt a lot more confident hitting the second trimester mark. And if I’m being honest, it was really the 20 week […]
Pregnancy: First Trimester Essentials
Pregnancy is such a wild ride and is kind of unpredictable. I mean, it’s expected that after 9 months you will somehow end up with a baby on the outside but the in-between is so different for everyone. With my most recent pregnancy I really enjoyed the whole journey. I’m grateful that I felt pretty good the whole way through. I didn’t have morning sickness or really many other discomforts. With a previous pregnancy, that unfortunately ended in miscarriage, I didn’t feel so hot in the first trimester. I had mild nausea and major food aversions. It’s so strange to […]
Last Minute Mother’s Day Gift Idea
If there’s one thing I’ve learned so far in my short time being a mother (4 months and counting) it’s that parenthood is just a series of good intentions followed by failures followed by improvising solutions that often turn out better than the original plan. This post is sort of like that. I failed to pull together a mother’s day gift guide round up like I wanted too but came up with last minute idea that I think is even better. Being a mother is hard work and Mother’s Day is intended to celebrate and appreciate that. I know from […]
Goddess Provisions Box: June
So…going on vacation to NYC recently reminded me to disconnect from the world for a bit but also made me forget to post about the June Goddess Provisions box. Whoops. I can’t not post about it though because June’s theme was all about sacred womb wisdom and I’m all about tending to the womb being an infertility sister and all. So here I am in mid-July throwing it back to last months box and sharing all the awesome goodies that came in it. These items are for anyone with a womb, or ya know what, really for anyone that wants […]
