National Infertility Awareness Week is coming to a close and while it has a tendency to bit of a downer topic, I wanted to wrap it up in a positive and uplifting light. I’ll be sharing my last fertility Fact-of-the-Day up in IG stories later today (peep my highlights if you’ve missed the rest of the week’s facts) and if you’ve sensed a theme throughout, it’s that it’s hard disease to manage and tough go through. It’s hard to keep positive, it’s hard to keep taking that step forward and it’s often hard to find answers. It’s also often hard to find support and feel seen in the process. From the flipside, it’s also often hard for the suportees to know how best to do the supporting. I don’t have all the answers even though I’ve been through it, but I do know that reaching out, checking in and letting the person know you’re thinking of them can go a long way. I would also say a special and thoughtful gift is always a nice surprise too. Anything to uplift the spirits helps tremendously. So, I decided to put a fun little gift guide together of items that can help make that next doctor appointment, prescription refill, injection, blood draw or results call a little less painful.
Here are a handful of special gifts I’ve rounded up to help you support yourself or support someone you know battling infertility. Let me know if you have anything to add to the list!
- “Things Will Work Out”, “Big Hugs”, or “I am Here for You” Cards from People I’ve Loved
I love the simplicity and caring messages on these cards. There are actually a handful of others that have similarly thoughtful messages on them too. - Gemstone Earrings in “Hope” or “Good Vibes Only” from Jax Kelly
The “Hope” earrings are made with amazonite a stone that encourages hope and the “Good Vibes Only” earrings are a pairing of a zen pose and a peace sign. Either set is a reminder that peace and hope come with us wherever we go. Each says the positive words on the card they come with. - Cup of Courage Mug & Mini Cup of Courage Keychain from Katie Abbey
I have this mug and used it whenever I had teas and other nourishing beverages. It was a positive reminder of strength and of course courage. The keychain would be so nice to have with you for positive vibes wherever you go. Plus it’s so cute! - Lemon Stress Ball from People I’ve Loved
This cute little squeezable stress lemon says “When Life Gets Tough, Squeeze Me” and is perfect for any time the feelings of nervousness or stress arise. It could be especially helpful for blood draws or injections too to take the mind off the pain. - I’m Doing Awesome Daily Guided Journal from Party with Alison
I completely believe in the power of positive thinking and a daily gratitude practice. This journal is essentially both of those things and includes what she calls “Thought Nuggets” to open up your perspective along with a ton of affirmations. I really like Alison and found her podcast helpful to listen to while going through treatments and I’m sure this journal would have been helpful too. - Blue Calcite Palm Stone from Selene Stone
I found that crystals for meditation or for use in transferring my anxieties to was really helpful. If it resonates or even if it seems a bit woo-woo to you, the texture and presence of something to take your mind off the anxious moment definitely helps. This one say it’s us is: “Lean your worries into Blue Calcite, the ultimate soother of anxiety. Its soft, light blue color radiates serene feelings of rest and relaxation. A powerful meditation partner, Blue Calcite is known for its ability to improve intuition and enhance communication through the throat chakra. Let its cool vibes unleash your optimism and trust in the universe’s timing.” - Courage & Strength Gemstone Bracelet Pack from Tiny Rituals
This trio is made up of three different gemstone bracelets that are: “Comprised of comforting Red Jasper, earthly Botswana Agate, and the spiritual pick-me-up stone of Mookaite Jasper, this holy trio on your wrist keeps your head high and your heart steady.” - Deep Sleep and Fertility Essential Oil Roll-Ons from Bee Balm & Ash

These are a great reminder of the wearer’s strength and ability to get through tough situations to be able to look down and see at their feet. - Tiny and Snail Cards – This One or This One
Love the quotes and art of these cards. Perfect for writing a supportive note in. One says “Maybe life isn’t about avoiding bruises. Maybe it’s about collecting scars to prove we showed up for it” and the other says “This is an all new place for you and brims with unknowns, but there is nothing out here that you will have to go through alone”. - Clay’s Chocolate Buzz WARRIOR MIX from Bee Free
A healthy and delicious treat, but really why I picked this is because it says “Warrior” in the name and while some people might not like the term, I believe that fertility patients are warriors working through and bravely facing new challenges each day so this is a reminder that you’re strong and can do anything! - “A Little Luck” Pin from People I’ve Loved
Such a cutie little pin for adding to your bag or jacket to keep good luck with the wearer all the time. - The Soulsister Socks from The Cozy Warrior
These socks provide warmth, comfort and strength and were created with the infertility community in mind. Their motto is “Overcome the odds in comfy socks.” Proceeds go to gifting socks to women who are struggling to conceive and their longer term goal is to give grants to those that are in need of fertility treatments. - Posso Fragrance Oil from Osmia Organics
“Posso translates into “I can” in Italian. This scent comprises oils carefully chosen to support self confidence, and to ease feelings of insecurity. Violet leaf and frankincense encourage your courage, while lovely Bulgarian rose absolute reminds you to have faith in yourself. Precious melissa (lemon balm) and grapefruit are extremely uplifting, while Virginia cedarwood quells feelings of anxiety.” ~ Perfect for providing strength in hard moments and calming feelings overall. - Blessing Aromatherapy Spray | Palo Santo + Selenite Room Mist from Ark Made
Another great aura spray intended to bring you blessings and attract positive vibrations. It says: “Palo Santo is a Holy Wood from Peru that has been used for centuries as a cleansing and blessing smudge. The sweet, woody scent is subtle; however its energy is abundant and loving. It’s intended to bring an “An abundance of luck for all life events and experiences.” - Fertility Moxie Subscription Box
I’ve never tried this subscription box, but I did sign up for a different subscription box throughout my fertility treatments and it was such a bright spot for me. It was so nice to have a little surprise show up on my doorstep each month and of course the items inside usually helped uplift me in some way too. This seasonal box is specifically geared toward those going through infertility and includes things like 4-6 natural/organic full-size products plus lifestyle items (like jewelry or self-care), self-care notes/exercises and holistic women’s health tips/resources. - The Trio from Fertile Alchemy
Set of body products including an Aromatic Oil, Magnesium Oil, and an Aromatic Bath Soak. It’s said to be “Designed for feminine balance, this synergistic blend works on both a physical and subtle level to promote relaxation, emotional wellness, hormonal balance, fertility, and provide PMS relief.” - Fertility Moxie Plant Perfume Oils

A gift of comfort for those experiencing infertility. The box includes a mug that says “Hello Gorgeous”, a cozy blanket, a “Hope” aromatherapy candle, and a comforting chocolate bar. - Apprvl Keep Your Chin Up Bandana
A bandana is a super cute accessory and is actually extra useful right now given the current situation. This one comes with an extra special reminder to keep the chin up or stay positive and could be worn any time the wearer wants to attract those vibes. It could also be used as a wall hanging or incorporated into a meditation, lots of uses. I love that they are hand dyed in this pretty shade of pink. This is an item I really wanted to get for myself through the process, but just never did. - Obsidian Worry Stone From Selene Stone
As I said above, crystals were really helpful for me in times of distress. The smooth surface and shape of a worry stone is specifically designed to reduce worry and anxiety. Any time I’d feel extra anxious I’d use something like this and repeat a grounding mantra. It can be any type of stone but this obsidian say it’s: “Traditionally used as a warrior stone in indigenous cultures, Obsidian is highly protective, shielding against negativity and harm. This jet black, glass-like rock shines light on inner darkness, clearing your psyche and protecting you from traits like fear, addiction, anxiety, and anger.” - SOUL SOIL | organic fertility tea from Dani Kenney
Made with red raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, red rooibos tea, alfalfa leaf, dandelion root, rose hips, & chasteberry. These plants do help the body restore its natural equilibrium, which can increase chances of conception – sounds nourishing and tasty! - Gemstone Necklaces from Soulku (these are hand crafted by moms so I think they have some good juju and extra love injected into them too!):

These aren’t released yet, but they look great! They are cookie mixes with Ayurvedic health benefits. The chocolate chip mix is said to help with calming and relaxing. They are good for stress, anxiety and help with sleep. That’s definitely the kind of needed support during fertility treatments and of course a treat is always uplifting too.
