The holiday season is flying by, isn’t it?!? But I still found time in busy November amidst the holiday shopping and Thanksgiving to try out some new products. Check out what I’ve been loving below:
Flora Botanical – Sandalwood Spot Treatment
This deep pink hued beauty is a spot treatment mask whose primary ingredient is sandalwood powder. It’s known to reduce blemishes and acne scars. This product is unique as you apply to a blemish and let set for 10-15 minutes and wash off or for maximum effect you can leave on overnight.
Twinkle Apothecary – Lip & Cheek Tint
I have a sample of this in the Blush Pink color and while it looks a bit dark it’s the perfect sheer tint. It adds just a hint of color and almost just deepens or enhances your natural lip color. It’s creamy and moisturizing with a bit of shine. It’s moisturizing ingredients are mango butter, jojoba oil and red raspberry seed oil while candelilla and carnauba waxes help lock in that moisture.
Sundari – Lotus Hand Oil
I love the convenience of this product. Sometimes hand healing products can get messy/greasy and you feel like you have to wash your hands after applying which defeats putting it on in the first place. Not this one! Just roll on and go. It’s made of healing plant oils and has a florally/minty scent. It’s light, refreshing, non-greasy and makes my hands feel hydrated.
Lavigne Natural Skincare – Mayan Magic Balm
Here’s another hand helper for that dry winter skin. I liked applying this one at night as it’s a thicker balm, however not greasy at all and sinks right into skin. It would be great slathered on with gloves over top for an overnight treatment. It’s made of Tepezcohuite and Shea Butter that both soothe and alleviate skin problems. It’s great for eczema prone skin, itches, cuts, rashes, burns, dry cuticles, etc. The list seems endless!
Root Pretty – Paris Eyeshadow
I’m loving my Root Pretty loose powder shadows and continue to add to my collection. This one is Paris and it’s the perfect warm coral/pink color. It has a warm shimmer to it and has excellent coverage and staying power. I feel like this color really enhances my eye color and think it would do the same for just about any other eye color too. Another great thing about this shadow is that the container it comes in has a twist close device so that it doesn’t spill all over in transport – less mess!
